1. Attention to Detail. We pay close attention to the small things on a build, to ensure our client gets exactly what they want, in the place that want it, to the finish they desire. We will consult with you if a requirement is not possible or practical to find an acceptable solution.

2. Polite and Punctual. We treat you with respect, ensuring we are on site when we say we are and when on site are courteous, approachable and communicative.

3. Safe, Clean & Tidy. We try to minimise disruption whilst we are on site and always work with the health and safety of our clients and employees in mind. We always leave the site as clean and tidy as possible before we finish for the day.

4. Fair & Fixed Pricing. We will whenever possible, provide competitive fixed-price quotations to assume some of the financial risk of the build. If the client wishes, or if the requirement is not sufficiently defined at the outset, we can contract on a time and materials basis, providing open and fair cost estimates at competitive rates.

5. Guaranteed Results. We ensure each stage of a build is approved by our client. Any final touches and snags will be dealt with before final sign-off. We will happily come back to site to fix any problems should they arise after the project is completed.
